Rules on fan works

CreativeGears.INC is a studio that welcomes creativity, not only from its creatives, but also from our fans. We are open to our community creating fan works of what we create. As long as you follow these simple rules, you are free to create fan work(s) of our projects.

  1. You must make it clear that whatever fan work(s) you make are fan made projects and that we are the original creators of the IP you're making a fan project of.

  2. Your fan work(s) should not be made to promote any harmful or illegal activity.

    • No material that is made with the purpose of being racist, sexist, xenophobic, etc.

    • No fan works that promote illegal activity like potential scams, harassing people/exploitative material.

    • Don't create fan works to offend religions.

  3. Your fan work(s) must not be made for propaganda purposes.

  4. AI slop is forbidden. The only AI allowed to be used in fan works is the AI for enemy/NPC behavior in video games.

However, if you your fan work(s) don't follow these rules

  • Your fan work(s) will be forced to be deleted.

As long as your fan work(s) follow these rules you are free to distribute and even monetize your fan work(s). At CreativeGears.INC, we hope that you will create fan projects responsibly, as we want to create a community that welcomes people for the purpose of enjoying art.
